"Dear Holly, I would just like to thank you for the wonderful forest school sessions that you have been running. Since we started regularly coming to your sessions around Easter time, my daughter has grown from being super clingy and not leaving my side, to venturing way out of my sight and striking up friendships with other children. The development of her confidence and independence has been immense, and it is an absolute pleasure to watch her enjoy the freedom of your sessions. The range of activities you have on offer at each session are great, and the amount they vary from week to week is perfect for my daughter. Mostly she just wants to go off and explore with the other children, which is exactly what I was hoping for when we started coming to your forest school. We had tried 2 other forest schools before coming to yours, and both of those my daughter would ask to leave after 45 minutes. This has never happened since finding you and it's a credit to your enthusiasm and expertise, plus the instant rapport you have with the children. My daughter has never been afraid to approach you and ask for help, or simply chat to you, which is amazing given her general shyness prior to beginning your forest school sessions. Your sessions have changed my shy and introverted 3 year old daughter into a confident and independent little girl, who is happy to get involved and socialise with everyone, including the adults.
